I am a 5-year student of MSTU. The idea is to create a mobile application that will be a guide for foreigners of Murmansk region. It will represent detailed maps of major cities with necessary contact information. We are open to international cooperation. Perhaps, at this conference we will find foreign partners. Stationary digital planetarium «Star dome» - is a unique ultramodern visual system framework. The new format will bring together education and entertainment for the whole family. I graduated from Murmansk State Technical University where I studied management (incl. economics and finances, statistics, organizational theories, accounting, marketing, project management, HRM, business law, business planning, stock exchange transactions, psychology and other subjects) and also took the postgraduate course there. Later I got Master degree in Fisheries management at University of Tromsø (Norway). I attended several summer business programs at different schools/universities (BI – Oslo/Norway, Hanken – Helsinki/Finland, Bodø Graduate Business school/Norway).

I have work experience in different industries (ship repair, telecom, electronics and construction) and different subject areas (marketing, quality systems development, organization development, business management, project management and etc).

My business idea is creating the public web portal where the businesses from Norway, Finland, Sweden, Russia and other countries could meet and cooperate in the areas of real estate, labor force, projects and investments, sharing of information about different events. The web page is going to be placed on www.gregata.com. Now it is under construction but I hope your event will be helpful for further development of this project. I am opened to cooperation with any businesses within this internet project or as private entrepreneur within any international projects.

Daria Matveenkova

I’m a 5 year student of the faculty of international relations at the Murmansk State Technical University. The idea of the business project is to create mobile application for foreigners, which will present detailed maps of major cities of Murmansk region with routes, addresses and contact numbers of all necessary infrastructure (hotels, consulates, hospitals, emergency services, banks, various institutions, eating places, etc.). All information will be accompanied by photos.

This YIE project is a unique opportunity to bring the business idea to life by the mean of listening to lectures of innovative entrepreneurs, learning from their experience and getting some help to build our own business. Another important factor providing by this event is a chance to meet interesting and active people, to establish contacts for further cooperation.

I’m a student and I have a project The design project of resorts along the motorway. Development of the project of a multifunctional complex along the motorway Murmansk – Rovaniemi “The Road to Santa Claus”. Maintenance of the cultural traditions of indigenous ethnic communities of the North. Creation of comfortable conditions for rest and psychological and emotional climate for tourists.

In my project there are statues made ​​of stone on a Scandinavian theme. It would be interesting to find partners on the other hand, are interested in this work.

Ekaterina Zvonkova

I am a project coordinator from International Cooperation Department of Murmansk State Technical University. My idea is building up the so-called Chocolate House which would combine a shop of chocolate from at least three countries, museum representing its history and traditions and a workshop covering all ages. I am not that experienced in business things. I am looking forward to communicating to people that have more knowledge and experience, who can learn, share practicalities and give a good piece of advice. And besides my idea requires fruitful cooperation with other businesses.

Zoya Voloshina

I study at Murmansk State Humanities University. And I with my art partner Anastasia have the idea of making association of young designers in the Barents. We think that this organization will unite people who are keen on design problems, connected with climatic and natural conditions of the region, peculiar characteristics of the Barents region and special attention will be paid to the ways of preserving our northern cultural values and traditions of indigenous peoples.

We think that this creative association will perform the following functions:

• search of art partners

• Making different art projects

• establishing international networks for development of versatile design projects in the Barents Region.

We intend to create a website (later an app for smartphones and other devices) which will let foreigners and even Russian tourists orient themselves in Murmansk region. I am an entrepreneur and I pioneered in organic cosmetics retail in Murmansk. I am interested in organic cosmetics as a branch, be it cosmetology or retail.
