Matthew Lynch
Matthew Lynch started Norwagon in 2014, and so far has been focused on building the companies profile and providing an awesome customer experience. Norwagon is a company that rents campervans to the adventurous.

Matthew is also in the final year of a Masters in Business Creation and Entrepreneurship. He has previously started and sold a business in the hospitality industry. He also has experience working within finance and accounting. While originally from New Zealand, he has spent enough time in Norway now that it feels like home.

Eirik Mofoss
Eirik is currently an intern at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Murmansk. He is building network for his next endeavor.

Committed, hard-working and cheerful with excellent skills in public presenting, marketing, organizing and academical work. I speak Russian fluently and have a large network within the Barents Region. I want to get new experiences, enlarge my network, contribute with my skills and see if this is a team I would be interested in cooperating with in the future. Tage Skotvold

Head of Business Development for a company within Biotechnology, ScandiDerma. The company performs R&D and develops substances into ingredients for the cosmeceutical and nutraceutical industry. ScandiDerma also have a cosmeceutical product on the market, Skin Science. We are looking for new leads within R&D and new distributors.

I've been working with business start-ups for the last 5 years within the sectors web publishing, social entrepreneurship, life science services and ingredient development. I like hanging out with like-minded people and work on new business ideas. I am always very interested in exploring the potential collaborations have. Several smaller companies might be better than one small.

Aleksander Pettersen

I am a young chef, who is studying for Bachelor's degree in economics and management at Harstad University College. I have previously made a cookbook, "Smaken av Kvæfjord" ("The taste of Kvæfjord"), and are currently working to create more local Norwegian cookbooks. I also manage a foodblog, ensmak.com. I am a person that is very motivated to start a company within the fishery and aquaculture business. I’m interested in being a supplier of a service or a product. Especially companies that work within the same area might have a great benefit from cooperating with other businesses.

I produce films and web-tv production in North Norway with focus on sami culture. I want to focus to be a producer, not do everything else (screenplay, directing, foto and so on). I want rather cooperating with companies in my own film-business, but it's important to know the other businesses. It's important to network with other participants in the Barents region. YIE's conferences are a very good arena to do it.
